First, they play video games practically all day.I felt this would be perfect because it’s similar but you’re getting a work out instead of just sitting there playing video games all day. They even have Bluetooth, So you can listen to your music through the device if you wish. The machine itself is very well-made, out of a foam rubber Like material, so It will be able to take plenty of abuse. At first I was not sure How it was going to hold up to a punch, but it actually does quite well. These things are a lot of fun, and very inexpensive. They even throw in a pair of gloves, but I definitely recommend using Your own. Great product, great price. Highly recommended
